WHERE
Soave is a white wine produced with grapes grown around Soave, a medieval village in Northern-east Italy, not far from Verona, in Veneto region.
WINES and HOW are MADE
Soave is made of Garganega grapes for the most part and “Trebbiano di Soave” grapes.
The grapes were selected and taken immediately to the winery, where they were destemmed and crushed.
Fermentation took place in tanks at 14-18°C.
A different version of this wine is produced aging, at the end of fermentation, the wine into barrels.
TASTE AND AROMAS
Soave is a dry, light-bodied wine, Medium-high Acidity. Aromatic & Floral flavors. Color is yellow with greenish hints for Soave Classico. The color is more golden and amber when the wine is aged in barrels.
